1. The basics
bloomwickgardens.com, which we call Bloomwick Gardens here, is operated by the operator of bloomwickgardens.com. Visiting or playing counts as agreeing to what follows, so it is worth a few minutes of your time.
2. Age and country
The garden is open only to UK residents who are 18 or over.
3. The nature of Play Credits
- Play Credits are given away so the games can be played; they cost nothing.
- A Play Credit carries no monetary value and is neither money nor property.
- Credits can never be purchased, traded, withdrawn, transferred to another person or converted into cash, goods, services or prizes. The site has no shop.
- No prize of value exists here. A game in your garden notebook is simply a bookmark.
- Credit balances, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us as needed.
4. Not a gambling site
Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted on Bloomwick Gardens, and no page links out to a gambling operator.
5. Accounts
- One account per gardener, used by you alone.
- Guard your password, and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has used your account.
- Deleting your account from the account page takes effect immediately.
- Accounts that disrupt the garden, or that we believe a child is using, may be suspended.
6. Behaving well
No tampering, no automated tools, no offers to trade Play Credits and no letting under-18s play.
7. Limits on our liability
Bloomwick Gardens comes without guarantees and can change without notice. Should a game develop a fault, the plays and payouts it touches are cancelled. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not excluded.

English and Welsh law governs these terms.
